A Ditchling farmer wiped out the competition at a stock show.

Mark Perrett, owner and founder of the The Oaks Poultry Farm Shop, won awards across the board at the recent South Eastern Fat Stock Show.

Mark Perrett, who has been farming in Ditchling for over 50 years, won the following awards: champion, first and second place for his turkey, first and second place for their chicken, first and second place for the goose and first and second place for pork.

Mark’s wife, Audrey, who helps around on farm, said: “[It is] a very proud achievement for us both, especially after nearly 50 years of farming.”

The Oaks Poultry Farm can be found on Common Lane.
