The annual Rotary Young Chef competition, organised by The Meridian Club, took place on Tuesday, December 3 at Sackville School.

A total of eight competitors aged 15 years took part in the contest, which was marked by professional chefs who considered their planning, preparation, cooking, and presentation.

The youngsters were asked to create a healthy two course mean for two persons, with a budget of £15.
