A man was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire in a converted shipping container in Horsted Keynes last night (February 2).
A spokesman from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said the living accomodation was ‘fully involved’ in a fire.
He said: “One man with minor smoke inhalation was given oxygen therapy at the scene but didn’t need to go to hospital.”
The former shipping container measures 7m x 2m and the area was ventilated by firefighters.
It is believed the fire was accidental.
Crews left the scene at 8,26pm.
