Frustration at station parking

I prebooked via their web site which refers to themselves as a premier parking operator.

At Haywards Heath station car park there is an entrance with the name at the entrance with INDIGO clearly labelled.

There are hundreds of red painted bays marked premier parking. There are also hundreds white painted bays not numbered. It appears that these are accessed via the larger of the two entrances.

I had booked four days. Returned to find penalty notices attached to the windows. Appealed and lost….

I would totally disapprove this operator and thoroughly recommend they are avoided at all cost.

I now live in Wiltshire, but used to live in Cuckfield. I needed the station as one flight left Gatwick but returned to Luton, and Thameslink was the sensible common user.
