Spooky witches and ghastly ghouls created a scary atmosphere at Borde Hill Garden’s popular week of Halloween activities.
Scores of families descended on the garden over the course of the week, which ended yesterday (Sunday November 1), to visit the Halloween trail.
The trail sent them around the garden to find clues, before a witch or wizard handed out rewards from their lair.
Children participated in arts and crafts, Storybox entertained with tales and music, Busydays created facepainting masterpieces and the adventure playground was popular.
The garden, near Haywards Heath, will reopen on March 19 for the 2016 season.
