Epilepsy Lifestyle was founded in March 2014 by Marie Baker, an Eastbourne mum.

Her daughter Aimee has a neurological condition which causes severe epilepsy. It was Aimee’s condition which prompted Marie to set up Epilepsy Lifestyle, which provides East Sussex epilepsy sufferers with monitoring equipment. Now, thanks to the grant, the charity can benefit epilepsy sufferers in West Sussex. Marie attended the Woodhouse Community Chest Awards to be presented with the charity’s grant cheque.
