The Friends of Villa Adastra Summer Garden Party takes place on Saturday 18th July at the Villa in Keymer Road from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. The entrance fee of £2.00 includes tea and cake. There will be entertainment and many stalls raising funds for the Villa.
The Mid Sussex District Council refuse freighter will be in the Dale Avenue (Orion) Car Park from 10.00am – 12.00 noon on Sunday 19th July.
Hassocks WI meets on Monday 20th July at Adastra Hall, Keymer Road. 7.45pm. The Circus comes to Hassocks. A performance demonstration with the chance to have-a-go.
The next Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Café takes place on Wednesday 22nd July at the Pauline Thaw Centre, Dale Avenue from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. De-Café is an evening support group for people living with dementia, their carers, friends and family to meet people who are in a similar situation. It offers the opportunity to talk and learn from each other, receive support and advice from staff and volunteers of the Alzheimer’s Society, and to generally enjoy a social evening in a safe and secure environment, with light bites and sometimes live entertainment.
