Meet The Greyhounds at The Greyhound on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August - Are you considering adding a dog to your family home? The Brighton & Hove branch of the Retired Greyhound Trust will be meeting at The Greyhound Inn, Keymer from where they will be setting off around 5.00pm. on a walk with some of their hounds that have been rehomed, returning about an hour later when you will be able to meet this lovely breed and ask any questions about them. If you have already welcomed a Greyhound to your home, or are thinking about doing so, then please join us for the walk and a chat afterwards, or just come along about 6.15pm. and meet the hounds and their owners. Royal British Legion Women’s Section will be holding a Coffee Morning on Saturday 5th September at the united Reformed Church Hall, Keymer Road from 9.45am to 11.45am

The next Special Event Day at Oldland Windmill, Keymer takes place on Sunday 6th September from 11.00am – 4.00pm. The theme this month is ‘Music’. Refreshments will be available. Please note there is NO parking at the Mill, but a shuttle bus service will be provided every 20 minutes from the Thatched Inn, Ockley Lane, Keymer, BN6 8DH, or walk to the mill via Mill Lane, Keymer or Lodge Hill Lane, Ditchling.
