Mid Sussex live-in care provider celebrates '˜good' CQC rating

A national live-in care provider is celebrating after receiving an overall '˜good' rating following their recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Promedica24’s Wiltshire service, which also provides live-in care in Mid Sussex, was judged to be safe, effective, caring and responsive, with ‘a strong person-centred culture throughout the organisation that valued everyone as unique individuals’.

As part of the process, inspectors questioned clients and their families and found that people were happy with the care they received and felt that ‘safe care’ was being provided.
