A national live-in care provider is celebrating after receiving an overall ‘good’ rating following their recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Promedica24’s Wiltshire service, which also provides live-in care in Mid Sussex, was judged to be safe, effective, caring and responsive, with ‘a strong person-centred culture throughout the organisation that valued everyone as unique individuals’.

As part of the process, inspectors questioned clients and their families and found that people were happy with the care they received and felt that ‘safe care’ was being provided.

Paula Beaney, quality assurance director at Promedica24, said: “We’re delighted to receive such a fantastic CQC report which reflects our high standards of care and genuine commitment to what we do.

“As an experienced care team, we work tirelessly to ensure that we’re delivering the best support possible.

“I’d like to thank the team for their dedication to the job and endless enthusiasm for the service we provide.

“We really do make a positive difference in people’s lives.”

Promedica24 is Europe’s largest provider of live-in care.

The support on offer helps to preserve people’s independence for as long as possible, with carers able to assist individuals with a wide range of needs and abilities, in their own homes.
