Hi-vis vests donated to help keep pupils safe

Pupils at Lindfield Primary Academy are set to be safer on their walks home from school this January following a donation of hi-vis vests from local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes.

The company, which is working on its Heathwood Park development nearby, provided pupils with hi vis vests as part of its bid to support the local community.

David Wilson Homes sales director Lynnette St Quintin said: “Working in the construction industry, we know first-hand the importance of being safe and being seen. It’s exactly the same for children walking home from school, especially in the dark winter months.
