REMINDER: Lindfield Dramatic Club, Lettice and Lovage, in KEH from October 29 to 31. A stage classic which LDC first presented in 1991. Directed by Rex Cooper. Tickets at Tufnells Home costing £8. Play starts each evening at 8pm.

HALF-TERM: Is fast approaching and there will be fun activities for children at Wakehurst Place between 10.30am and 3.30pm. (

LIGHT PLAY: On Saturday October 31 All Saints Church is hosting a Light Party for children aged 3 to 6 years from 6.30pm to 8pm. Wear bright colours but not Halloween costumes. There will be music, snacks, games and fun.

FOLK DANCE CLUB: This takes place on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 8pm to 10pm in the Ashenground Centre. The first night is free and then £2 per session after that. Do give this a try. It sounds a lot of fun. Ring Mike Fairweather on 01444 482741 for more details.

BADMINTON CLUB: A very friendly club which plays home games at Oathall Community College on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 10pm. New members welcome but you should be of a reasonable standard.
