Lindfield Arts Festival: Plans are still being made for September. Please ensure that Saturday 17th September is in your diary. There will be classic cars, the violin trade, model railways and wine tasting along with face painting , circus skills and graffiti. These are all on offer for the Lindfield Arts Festival 2016. You will see lots of Arts and Crafts at the King Edward Hall along with a model railway. If you have young children there will be plenty for them to see and do including storytelling, dancing and singing. Scaynes Hill Open Gardens: Saturday 2nd July from 1.30-5.30pm. 8 gardens will open in aid of St Peter and St James Hospice. Teas and tickets at the Church for Family Support work.

Comedy Night Fundraiser: on Saturday 2nd July at Woodside, Bolnore Village. Doors open at 7.30pm. The Ensemble Reza Community Orchestra: On Sunday 3rd July at Oathall Community College from 5-7pm. The Orchestra will present a great programme of music for its summer concert. Tickets cost £8 and £3 and are available on the door or from Carousel Music or online from Ensemble Reza.

Lindfield Afternoon WI Group: Tuesday 5th July at 2.15pm at the King Edward Hall. If you have not been before do go along and you will be made most welcome.

Lindfield Country Market: Thursday 7th July from 10-11.15am in the King Edward Hall.

BBC Bargain Hunt: filming in Lindfield. On the 22nd June the BBC Bargain Hunt film crew descended on Lindfield Common to record an opening sequence for an upcoming episode at the local cricket club. Antiques expert Eric Knowles joined cricketers from Lindfield CC on a drizzly Wednesday morning for an impromptu game to introduce the show. The episode will be shown in the new series starting in September.
