Man to appear at court charged with racial abuse and assaulting police officer
A man is to appear at court charged with racially abusing a charity shop worker and assaulting a police officer.
Christopher Peter Fillery, 42, of New England Road, Haywards Heath, is accused of committing the offences in South Road, Haywards Heath, on Friday July 4.
He is on bail pending his appearance at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on July 23.
