A man has been charged with driving without due care and attention after a car rolled onto its roof in Burgess Hill, early on Saturday morning.
A Ford Fiesta hit a parked Vauxhall Corsa in Western Road, just before 2am on February 7. Two people were released from the car before the fire service arrived.
The ambulance service was called and a 26-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. He was later released.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “James Fitzgerald, 26, of Cissbury Road, Burgess Hill, has been charged with failing to stop for a police officer, driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and resisting arrest.
“A 28-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking was released on bail until March 8.”
