Man taken to hospital after Haywards Heath crash

A man was taken to hospital after a crash in Haywards Heath over the weekend.

Emergency services were called to Wivelsfield Road, near the junction with St Johns Road, at around 1.20am on Saturday November 7 after a car collided with a series of parked cars.

A spokesman for the fire service said the man was released from the car by crews and was taken by paramedics to hospital.

They added five cars were damaged in the crash and the incident has been left with police.
