New stage begins for dance school

Drusilla Duffill Theatre School in Oakwood Road, Burgess Hill began in 1957 and has taught generations of youngsters.

Its new home will be at the Kings Centre on the Burgess Hill Business Park on the west side of town.

The school says facilities at the new studio include a large well lit and modern studio, refreshment area and ample free parking.

Drusilla Duffill continues to provide training for all genres for theatre and classical ballet.

Former students have moved on to dance in many companies that contribute to the arts scene in this country as well as to teach both at home and abroad, including an examiner of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
