Newick Country Market: will be open as usual on Friday morning in the Village Hall from 10 to 11am.

Services: this Sunday at St. Mary’s Church are 8am HOLY COMMUNION (BCP) at 8am followed at 9.30 am with the Mothering Sunday Family Service , a light breakfast will be available at 9.15am. Healthy Walks: for March are on the 2nd and 4th WEDNESDAY’S actual date are 9and 23rd, the walk commences from the Green opposite the BULL INN at 10.30am, this will take about one hour.

Quyiz Night:There will be a Quiz night on Saturday 12th March in the Village Hall from 8pm organised by the Newick Horticultural Society tickets are £9 this includes a Ploughman’s Supper, are available by telephoning 01 825 723 658, these evenings are great fun,.

Newick Afternoon Club: next meeting will be on Thursday 10th March at 2.30pm in the Community Centre the speaker being Lieutenant Colonel Geoffrey Vessey Holt MBE the title to his talk is Necessity is the Mother of Invention , he will be speaking on the impact the tank made 100years on.
