The event is being held at Headway East Sussex from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Monday November 26.

All carers are invited to the event and not just those who care for someone with a brain injury.

Teresa Andrews, welfare benefits trainer from Hastings Advice and Representation Centre, will be providing information about Universal Credit, ESA and PIP at the event.

There will also be a representative from Care for the Carers there. Refreshments will be provided.

Headway East Sussex offers rehabilitation and support services for people suffering from brain injuries.
