Albion in the Community (AITC) is the charitable arm of Brighton & Hove Albion FC and engaged with more than 30,000 throughout Sussex in the last 12 months alone.

Much of its work is in the area of health and AITC is expanding its successful Back to Exercise programme into East Grinstead.

AITC offers fun, low-intensity exercise courses for over-18s designed to be a great way for people to get active in a friendly, informal setting.

Delivered in partnership with Mid Sussex District Council’s Wellbeing team, Back to Exercise courses run over 12 weeks and cost £12 – just £1 a session.

The new classes starting in East Grinstead include a gentle Zumba session at the Jubilee Centre which gets underway on Friday, October 30 and runs weekly between 9.30am and 10.30am up to and including February 5 (excluding December 18 and 25 and January 1).

Kings Leisure Centre is the venue for a course in beginners circuit training, beginning on Wednesday, November 11 between 5pm and 6pm and running up to February 10 (excluding December 23 and 30).
