A number of paintball style gun have been stolen from a garage in Haywards Heath.

The garage, attached to a house in Syresham Garden, between 8.30am on Tuesday, December 9 and the 8.30am on Wednesday (December 10). The items stolen included five Airsoft guns, a sword and some spacecraft models.

Sergeant Graham Prentice said: “Sergeant Graeme Prentice said: “These items are all very unique as the weapons are used in paintball style games and had been modified by the owner. The sword, although blunt, is extremely heavy and has a demon face carved into the handle, it is thought to be the only one of this style in the UK. These items would stand out if anyone tried to sell them so we are asking if anyone has seen them for sale, or has recently bought them, they get in touch.

“If anyone saw anything suspicious in the area they are also asked to contact police on 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 347 of 10/12.”
