Borde Hill’s rose garden to turn 21 this summer

As part of Rose Celebration Weeks from Wednesday, June 16 to Sunday, June 27, visitors can book a 30 minute tour by head gardener, Andy Stevens.

These talks will be on Wednesday, June 16 and Wednesday, June 23, at 12pm and 2pm, and cost £4 on top of the garden entry price.

In addition, one of the country’s leading experts, Michael Marriott, will give a talk on ‘growing the most beautiful roses’, on Friday, June 18, from 10.30am to 1pm.

He will help you to plan and nurture a beautiful rose garden, with advice on choosing the right roses, to pruning, fragrance and colour combinations.

Following the talk, join Michael Marriott and Head Gardener, Andy Stevens, for a guided tour of the rose garden.

Tickets cost £39.50 and advanced booking is required.
