Burgess Hill Youth gift intergenerational project to care home

The chairman of Burgess Hill Youth, Jackie Cooper, delivered a dozen handmade photo frames from the Burgess Hill Young Carers to Abbeyfield Westall House Care Home in Birchgrove Road, Horsted Keynes on Monday, March 29.

The kits to make the frames were provided by InCommon, a group which works to bring young people and older people together to tackle isolation.

A spokesman for Burgess Hill Youth said: “The frames were gratefully received by Jemma and Heather at Abbeyfield Westall House Care Home.

“We very much look forward to resuming our visits to the care home soon.”
