Police launch investigation after body found near major Crawley roundabout

Police said at 1.04pm today (June 15) officers were alerted to the body near Southgate roundabout on the A23.

A spokesman added: “Officers are conducting a number of enquiries at the location and cordon is currently in place.

“Lines of enquiry to establish the full circumstances, including identification, are ongoing and the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
