Six days left to help Cuckfield school fundraiser

Warden Park Secondary Academy has six days left in its fundraiser eco-initiative to make a place for students to reconnect with nature.

The school is trying to raise £7,000 so they can plant more than £1,000 trees, with all donations being matched by M&S Energy.

Pauline Sutherland, a member of the project team, said: “The matched donations will give us much needed funds to make a difference to the environment and peoples mental wellbeing.

“We are so lucky to have amazing volunteers and we have made great strides in what can be done without any finances, but we really need to get some much needed equipment as well as plant more trees.”
