Southdown Football Club contributor wins Good Sport award at Mid Sussex Applauds Awards

Videos of the Mid Sussex Applauds Awards winners have been made to celebrate their accomplishments, and The Mid Sussex Times is releasing these over the next week.

The winners were announced in November last year, and the video has been made to replace the usual awards ceremony.

Mid Sussex Applauds seeks to recognise those who go above and beyond in their efforts for our community.

The Good Sport award winner is Tony Bristow.

Tony Bristow was nominated in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Southdown Football Club where until his recent retirement was involved for over 25 years.

One nomination said: “We are extremely grateful for the tireless time and effort he has put into making Southdown FC the inclusive, friendly local club it is today.”
