‘Pump House’ is a chalet bungalow fronting onto Valebridge Road with its garden to the rear.

‘Nuggets’ is a cluster of single storey buildings to the rear of those houses fronting onto the main road with paddocks extending to the east.

Brookworth Homes is seeking full planning permission. The application is to be considered by Lewes District Council as the major part of the site lies within the Lewes district. Access into the site is located within the Mid Sussex District. This was approved in June last year.
