Copthorne hotel plan to be considered by council

Plans to convert a Copthorne hotel into ten flats are to be considered by Mid Sussex District Council.

The application, for the Regency Hotel, in Old Hollow, will be looked at by the planning committee on Thursday (October 8).

If approved, the first floor of the hotel will be extended and the building will be converted into two one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom flats.

The meeting will start at 4pm and will be streamed live onto the council’s YouTube channel.
