DM/19/4660: 48 Brookway, Lindfield, Haywards Heath. Proposed loft conversion with flat roof dormer to rear and 3no. roof lights to front. This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful. This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed use cannot be taken into account.
