DM/19/3313: Land East Of Isaacs Lane And Land West Of Freeks Lane, Burgess Hill. Construction of a single carriageway link road from Isaacs Lane to Freeks Farm
comprising a new all-movements junction on A273 Isaac’s Lane, highway comprising 6.1 -
6.5m carriageway with separate 4.5m ‘Green Superhighway’ and 3m cycle/footway
provision on the north side and 2m footway on the south side segregated from the
carriageway by landscaped verges, including all-modes bridge across the River Adur,
constructed to an adoptable standard, together with, earthworks, surface water and foul
drainage infrastructure, utilities corridors, street lighting, and landscaping and temporary
fencing. Supplementary submission received 26th November 2019 including additional details in respect of drainage, highways, bridge design, utilities strategy and landscape together with
amended location and land ownership plan.

Ardingly
DM/19/3192: Ardingly College College Road Ardingly Haywards Heath. Demolition of an existing workshop and erection of an extension of the existing maintenance building to create two smaller workshops, a meeting room and a support staff welfare room.
DM/19/4802: 20 Turnpike Court, Hett Close, Ardingly, Haywards Heath. Beech Tree (T1) - Remove lateral growth by up to 2-3 metres and Beech/Hornbeam Tree (T2) - Fell.

Balcombe
DM/19/4855: Gleddoch House, Stockcroft Road, Balcombe, Haywards Heath. Remove dead and diseased Plum Tree. Remove diseased/damaged Russett Apple Tree. Remove Conifer with unbalanced limbs. Oak trees x2 Reduce overall crown by no more than 2 metres.

DM/19/4642: 1 Woodside Cottages, London Road, Bolney, Haywards Heath. Retrospective application to subdivide property into 2 dwellings. 
DM/19/4798: Ormonde Hall, Cowfold Road, Bolney, Haywards Heath. Demolition of 4 chimneys on 20th Century part of the property as they are unsafe following the gutting of the building by fire.
DM/19/4834: Providence Chapel, Cowfold Road, Bolney, Haywards Heath. Demolition of single storey rear extension and construction of two storey rear extension with internal alterations.

East Grinstead
DM/19/4099: 13 Dallaway Gardens, East Grinstead. Proposed rear roof extension. This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful. This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed use cannot be taken into account.
DM/19/4708: 22 The Stennings East Grinstead. (T1) Cedar - Crown reduce by 1.5 metres (Revised tree location plan received 25.11.2019).
DM/19/4874: Wells Bottom Farm, Wells Lea, East Grinstead. T1 - Oak - Crown thin by 25%. Remove epicormic growth to main branch break.

Haywards Heath
DM/19/4460: Land At Adjacent To 2 Ferny Croft Haywards Heath. Change of use of land to private garden for 2 Ferny Croft. Amended plans received 26.11.2019 showing chainlink fence to be installed on western boundary.
DM/19/4771: Ashley 8 Birchen Lane, Haywards Heath. Part single part two storey extension to front and rear and garage conversion to create an annexe on the eastern side. Existing garage roof extended to the main ridge to create 2no. bedrooms within. Two storey extension to the front. Single storey extension to the western side with rooms in roof. Single storey double garage. Three juliette balconies to northern side dormer.
DM/19/4811: Land At Grid Reference 533311 125586, Birchen Lane, Haywards Heath.
Relating to planning application DM/15/3415 (allowed on appeal reference number AP/15/0021). Proposed variation to section 2 and 3 to allow for the ownership and management of the woodland by a woodland management trust. Also variation to paragraphs 2.5 and 5.12 to allow for a post and wire fence around the woodland for security purposes.
