DM/19/4815: 2 Stonecourt Cottages, Rose Cottage Lane, Staplefield. Single storey ground floor rear extension, hip-to-gable extension of existing second floor loft and enlargement of existing dormer.

Ardingly
DM/19/4821: 2 Viewlands, College Road, Ardingly, Haywards Heath. Creation of new parking space to front of property with access onto College Road. New window and door openings to rear elevation. Replacement of flat roof over front door with pitched roof.

DM/19/4360: Balcombe House, Haywards Heath Road, Balcombe. Reserved Matters application following outline consent DM/16/5040, for the approval of the details of the appearance and layout.

Bolney
DM/19/4848: Tompsetts Barn, Stairbridge Lane, Bolney. Conversion of existing field barn to form new dwelling and new single storey flank extension.

Burgess Hill
DM/19/4202: 16 Slimbridge Road, Burgess Hill. Demolish existing garage and erect a single storey side and front extension.
DM/19/4539: 84 Valebridge Road, Burgess Hill. 3.6m extension of existing garage with dual pitched roof and hipped front elevation. Two new windows on side walls.  This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful. This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed use cannot be taken into account.
DM/19/4810: 47 Bramble Gardens, Burgess Hill. To make a study using half the garage adding a new uPVC window.
DM/19/4895: 14 The Gilligans, Burgess Hill. Variation to condition 1 relating to planning application DM/17/0974 which relates to an additional first floor obscure glass window which was not shown on the approved planning drawing (new plan submitted 1676/PO1 rev A).
