Ansty And Staplefield
DM/20/0422: The Wellfield, Bolney Road, Ansty, Haywards Heath. Variation of condition 2 relating to planning application DM/18/1379, to amend approved plans allowing for changes in design.
DM/20/0487: Cuckfield Golf Course, Staplefield Road, Cuckfield. (Amended description 13/02/2020) Variation to condition 2 relating to planning application DM/19/0964, to amend the internal layout of the proposed basement extension and the fenestration on the west side elevation.
DM/20/0524: Lime Grove Barn, Cuckfield Road, Ansty, Haywards Heath. Retrospective approval for works carried out at in relocating the existing kitchen into utility room.  Removal of the existing kitchen units within the main barn area. Painting of all external window frames to the property in black, from their current light brown wood stain.  Retrospective approval for the erection of a 1.80m high close boarded fence to the west of the curtilage.

Balcombe
DM/20/0498: Laureldene, Deanland Road, Balcombe, Haywards Heath. Tree 1 Sycamore - Fell. Tree 2 Conifer - Fell.
DM/20/0505: House In The Wood, Redbridge Lane, Balcombe. Demolition of existing boiler room, construction of new single storey rear extension, new windows in existing and new rear elevation wall.  This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful. This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed use cannot be taken into account.

Burgess Hill
DM/20/0259: 11 Franklands Way, Burgess Hill. Maple Tree - cut back small spur branch by 2 metres. Cut back lowest 3 branches to main stem, and trim Hawthorne by less than 1 metre all over.
DM/20/0283: 4 Siskin Close, Burgess Hill. Proposed single storey rear extension. (amended plans received 02.02.2020) This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful.  This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the proposed use cannot be taken into account.
DM/20/0361: 9 Pinehurst, Burgess Hill. (T1) Oak - Overall crown reduction of 2.5m, thin crown by 10% and remove epicormic growth
DM/20/0398: Land To The Rear Of 88 Petworth Drive, Burgess Hill. 3 Oak trees - reduce canopies by approximately 2 metres.
DM/20/0446: 1 Oakmead Road, Burgess Hill. Replace conservatory with single storey rear extension.

East Grinstead
DM/20/0444: April Cottage, Imberhorne Lane, East Grinstead. Demolition of existing porch and erection of a single storey side extension.
DM/20/0508: Fairview, West Lane, East Grinstead. Remodelling of original front porch roof line plus the addition of an open front porch.
