DM/19/5207: Rookery Farm, Rocky Lane, Haywards Heath. Detailed application for 72.no residential dwellings (providing some alterations to the schemes already approved under DM/16/4496 and DM/17/4190 - namely to allow 23.no additional dwellings). (Amended plans received relating to design matters and correction to description regarding the number of additional units proposed.)
DM/20/0167: Legh Manor, Cuckfield Road, Ansty. Detached cart shed garage/log store for residential use.

DM/20/1074: Stonecourt Manor, Cuckfield Road, Staplefield. T1 Holly - Crown lift to 4m on the south side of tree overhanging the field and remove all epicormic growth overhanging the fence. T2 Oak - Crown lift to 4m on the south side of tree overhanging the field and restricting the size of the cuts to no more than 10cm.  T3 Holly - Remove any growth overhanging the fenceline.

Balcombe
DM/20/0816: Trent House, London Road, Balcombe, Haywards Heath. New single storey house within existing garden. (Amended planning statement).
DM/20/0916: House In The Wood, Redbridge Lane, Balcombe. Demolition of existing boiler room, construction of single storey rear extension, new windows and elevation wall.
DM/20/1000: Stables At Forest View, Haywards Heath Road, Balcombe. Lawful existing development application for use of stable as a separate self contained residential unit. This is an application to establish whether the development is lawful.  This will be a legal decision where the planning merits of the existing use cannot be taken into account.

Burgess Hill
DM/20/0591: The Bluebells, Birchwood Grove Road, Burgess Hill. Demolition of existing conservatory with replacement single storey rear/side extension. New front porch.
DM/20/1017: 52 Manor Road, Burgess Hill. Single storey rear extension.
DM/20/1023: 3 Thornhurst, Burgess Hill. Oak tree - reduce to previous cut points (approximately 1 - 1.5 metres).

DM/20/0254: Land West Of Burgess Hill Between The A273 And A2300, Burgess Hill. Reserved Matters application for DM/18/5114 - the first phase of the Western Link Road, comprising the construction of a new all-movements roundabout on the A273 Jane Murray Way, a single-carriageway 7.3-metre wide highway link with two 3-metre shared footways/cycleways and two 2.75-metre verges, connecting to the A2300 via a new all-movements roundabout, junction to the UKPN electricity substation, junction to future employment uses, zones for two minor junctions, signalised crossing points, earthworks, surface water and foul drainage infrastructure, utilities corridors, lighting, and landscaping.
