DM/21/0791: High Point, Brook Street, Cuckfield. Retrospective householder planning application for a pool kitchen and carport. (Revised plans recieved 18.03.2021).
DM/21/1009: 2 Gable Cottages, Cuckfield Road, Staplefield. Single storey and first floor rear extensions with associated internal alterations. New timber decked terrace. Revised application to increase the head height of the new first floor bedroom by raising the eaves by 275mm.

DM/21/0894: The Knapp, 64 College Road. Demolition of existing single storey rear lobby and construction of ground floor rear and side single storey extensions together with associated internal and external alterations.
DM/21/0921: Pearcelands Farm, Ardingly Road, West Hoathly. Glazed extension to existing outbuilding (currently used as a home office) to create a gym.
DM/21/0947: The Oak Inn, Street Lane. Variation to condition 3 relating to planning application DM/19/0084 to change the approved tiles to Heritage Clay tiles - Clayhall Hamlet mix.
DM/21/0961: 18 Hammerwood Road. Variation of Condition No: 6 of planning permission DM/20/3896 to allow the replacement of plans - to replace the block and beam foundation plan, with a new raft foundation plan.
DM/21/1006: Telecommunications Mast At Grid Reference 541022 137185, Lewes Road. The installation of a telecommunications base station comprising a 23m slim streetworks column with 3 no. antennas, 1 no. 300mm diameter dish antennas, the mounting of a GPS module to the top of the column, 2 no. radio equipment cabinets, 1 no. and ancillary works.
DM/21/0997: Bretts, Haywards Heath Road. Variation of condition 2 of planning permission DM/19/5197 replacing approved plans to allow changes in design. (Amended drawings 200d, 210c, 220b to show removal of fence 18.03.2021).

DM/21/0930: Unit 14, Sheddingdean Business Centre, Marchants Way. Change of Use from light industrial Sui Generis to allow warehousing and alcohol retailing. The space will be used for 90% warehousing and 10% retail. The landlord would like to retain B1 Industrial use.

DM/21/0987: 29 Coronation Road. Demolition of an existing garage and porch. Construction of a new porch and a two storey side and rear extension with internal and external alterations.
DM/21/0995: 27 Fairlawn Drive. T1 Sycamore - Reduce crown by up to 5m back to suitable growth points. Remove 4 minor secondary stems overhanging garden back to main trunk.

DM/20/3310: 23 - 25 Bolnore Road. The demolition of 25 Bolnore Road and garage to 23 Bolnore Road, and the erection of a 67 bedroom residential care facility, with associated access works, car parking, servicing, private amenity space, landscaping and boundary treatment (Amended plans received 12 March 2021).
DM/21/0782: Fleur De Lis, 2 Bolnore Road. Line of x15 Lawson Cypress trees and x3 Common multi-stemmed Sycamore trees on boundary with neighbouring property - dismantle to ground level. Lawson Cypress tree: cut back stem overhanging boundary back to fork of tree. Crown lift to 2.4 m x1 mature Common Sycamore tree, x1 mature Yew tree, removing competition (Beech sapling). Sever ivy at lower trunks of all trees to be worked on, prune back overhanging branches, crown lift to 2.4 metres for all other trees on property overhanging Bolnore Road.
