Queues form at station after Balcombe signal disruption


Trains are now operating north of Haywards Heath after a signalling fault at Balcombe caused delays on the Brighton Mainline.

Passengers are facing delays with queues forming at Haywards Heath station.

Southern Rail’s website states: “We are now able to operate trains north of Haywards Heath however services still remain disrupted.

“Passengers can use Southeastern, SouthWest, First Great Western, Thameslink and London Underground services, buses are also operating between Brighton and Three Bridges.”
