Small fire at Burgess Hill college
Firefighters were called to a small fire at a college in Burgess Hill yesterday (Thursday February 27).
The call came just after 11.30am and the emergency service went to the Bible College, in Cuckfield Road.
The period building is 30m x 20m and comprises three floors and a basement.
There was a small fire in the first floor electrical cupboard.
The fire was put out using a CO2 extinguisher and breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera were also used.
