A272 delays after deer collides with vehicle
Drivers faced long delays this morning on the A272 after a deer was in collision with a vehicle.
Traffic was backed up in both directions between Buck Barn crossroads and Bolney.
One driver caught up in the queues said: “I came to a stop at around 8.40am and was sat there for a round 20 minutes.”
Emergency services attended.
The road is now fully open.
