Police called to three separate accidents in Mid Sussex

Three accidents have taken place on roads in Mid Sussex this afternoon (Sunday, February 7).

According to the AA, a collision involving several vehicles happened on the B2028 in Selfield Road.

There is currently slow traffic in both directions between the Wakehurst turnoff and Selsfield Road.

Police are on the way to investigate.

The incident was first reported just after 3pm.

An accident has also taken place on the A23 Crawley Avenue near A2220 Horsham Road (Cheals Roundabout). Police are on the way to the scene.

The incident was first reported just after 3.50pm.

And around the same time an accident happened on M23 between J11 A23 (Pease Pottage) and J10A B2036 Balcombe Road (Crawley South/Balcombe).

Police are on the way to the scene.
