TRAVEL ALERT: Road closed after lorry and car crash
A road has been closed following a crash involving a car and a lorry this afternoon (Wednesday August 9).
The collision has taken place on the B2028 Newchapel Road in Newchaple.
The road has been closed between the junctions of the B2037 Effingham Road and the A22 Eastbourne Road.
Police are currently at the scene.
Queuing traffic is being reported in the area.
