The Horsham Gates roundabout was shut nearly two months ago in May for roadworks.

But it’s not long now before the road – a major route into the town centre from Roffey – is due to reopen.

West Sussex County Council said the closure will be in place until Friday, July 10.

The closure has been in place while work on a water main diversion for a development in the area is carried out, Southern Water said.

The closure is in place 24 hours a day but emergency access will be maintained at all times.
