Woman falls off horse in Pease Pottage

A woman has been taken to hospital after falling off a horse.

Paramedics were called to Cottage Stables, Pease Pottage, on Saturday at about 4.15pm (February 27).

A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said the woman, who was in her 40s, was treated for potential hip and back injuries before she was taken to East Surrey Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

The air ambulance’s road vehicle was in attendance.
