Woman taken to hospital after car collides with central reservation on A23


A woman was cut out of her car and taken to hospital after a crash on the A23 between Handcross and Pease Pottage yesterday (Sunday May 31).

The car was travelling northbound when it collided with the central reservation of the road at around 12.05pm.

The woman was released by firefighters using hydraulic and electronic rescue equipment and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
