Haywards Heath based charity Time 4 Children has thanked customers at the Sainsbury’s Local store in Haywards Heath for helping to raise £688.52 to support its work.
Chosen as the store’s charity partner in October last year, both staff and customers have helped raise much-needed funds for the local children’s charity.
Vicky Chalmers of Time 4 Children said: “Time 4 Children would like to thank staff and customers at Sainsbury’s Local for their generous contributions.
“Without such support, our charity would not be able to help children in times of crisis. Every donation will make a huge difference to a child’s life, allowing our small charity to continue to offer tailored, one-to-one support to children in our community.”
Manager of the Sainsbury’s Local store Andy Cairn said: “We’re proud to be able to partner with Time 4 Children and to raise funds for such a worthwhile local charity. We also thank our customers for their generosity in giving to a charity we are honoured to be associated with.”
