Here is today's weather forecast for Sussex

According to the Met Office, our county can expect a cloudy and wet day, with rain spreading across the region through the morning and into the afternoon.

Beginning in Chichester this morning, rain is forecast to move east across Sussex until mid-afternoon, when it will dissipate.

A north-easterly breeze will bring much cooler temperatures, with a maximum of 20 degrees Celsius.

Some outbreaks of rain in the evening will lead into a cloudy, cooler night with minimum temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius.
