LETTER: Help donkeys in desperate need

Safe Haven for Donkeys in the Holy Land would like to thank everybody who visited their stall in the Marketplace Shopping Centre in Burgess Hill on Saturday.

We raised £176.90 towards our work with donkeys in desperate need across Israel and Palestine from the tombola and sale of Christmas gifts and we are extremely grateful to all who took part, including the volunteers who gave up their Saturday to run the stall.

We are always looking for more volunteers to join our informal, friendly Mid Sussex Fundraising Group. If you are interested and would like to find out more, please call Hayley Bradbury on 01444 470128.
