Burgess Hill Town FC’s miraculous start to 2014/15 show no signs of stopping especially after a strong festive schedule (Folkestone Invicta FC result pending).

Boss Ian Chapman, assistant Stewart Tuck and coaches Paul Dolner/ John Rattle deserve all the plaudits they are receiving right now. Chappers has made some brave team selections which have worked out very well for him and for the club. He has given a master class in how to look after and utilise a full squad keeping a spectacular run going and everyone happy. Behind the scenes back room staff continue to work hard as an increased fan base pours in through the Green Elephants Stadium gates. It’s a case of a club in harmony all pushing towards the common goal of securing promotion to the Ryman Premier League come late April.

However, the club can forget all about the grind of league points on Saturday as they look forward to the visit of Conference team Dartford Fc in the FA Trophy 2nd round. It’s perhaps the most important home Cup Tie in their history especially with hint of Wembley Stadium in the background. Why not make a trip to the Green Elephants Stadium this Saturday and get right behind Ian and his team.
