On to the final battle, and with so much junior talent with five of the six being juniors and the league singles champion it was bound to be a feast of table tennis for the spectators.

Menaces team with Luke Gallagher, Ben Worley and Charlie Hough are all county players while the opposition had National league player Marc Burman and the top girls in the Haywards Heath league Annabel and Kate Bridger.

Menaces Luke Gallagher and Ben Worley both took a set of Marc Burman and at the half way stage looked to have the game sewn up but Kate Bridger took 13 points of Charlie Hough and both girls took more points in the doubles with Marc.
