Sussex said goodbye to one it's favourite sporting sons on Friday.

A horse drawn carriage went through a packed Crawley High Street as people paid their respects to the former World Champion, who died aged 69 after suffering from cancer. There were hundreds of people gathered and gave three cheers for the champion - watch the video here. Photographer Eddie Mitchel was there- here are a selection of his pictures.
