Collins leads Burgess Hill Runners home in Brighton 10k

James Collins led the Burgess Hill Runners contingent at the annual Brighton 10k this weekend completing the course in 37:27.

With strong winds making the race somewhat trickier, the blue army conquered the distance with several impressive performers.

On Saturday 14 youngsters aged 8-13 year olds from the club’s Junior Academy represented the club in the Sports Hall event which included a variety of disciplines such as speed bounce, standing vertical jumps, relay and hurdles. The club are proud of the efforts put in by the youngsters who competed for them in club colours.
