Keymer and Hassocks re-sign Australian Lee Pittavino

Keymer and Hassocks Cricket Club (KHCC) are delighted to announce the re-signing of Australian cricketer Lee Pittavino for the forthcoming 2015 season.

He will return to the club following his first spell in England last year. The Queensland-born all-rounder Pittavino enjoyed a successful first season with Hassocks, contributing well with both bat and ball and will be looking to do the same again in 2015.

The return of Pittavino marks clear intentions for KHCC, who will be looking to make a push for promotion into division 3 of the Sussex County Cricket League. As well as his contributions to the 1st XI Pittavino will also work with many of the club junior section to help improve the quality and enjoyment for junior cricketers in Hassocks.

Andy Westgate, club captain of Keymer and hassocks Cricket Club said “I’m delighted that Lee has agreed to return to us for another season as he will prove very beneficial on the field and will further add to the club with his presence and coaching too.”

Lee Pittavino said “I’m really pleased to be coming back to KHCC, I really enjoyed my first season with the club and am looking to make a real impact this year with contributions on and off the field.”
