The club seek talented footballers to become part of their under-21 programme, which currently operates in The FA Women’s Super League - Academy League.

The club accept applications from players that are educated in a variety of other post-16 programmes, some of which may be based with host families, through their education networks, allowing players to study alongside their football with greater ease.

For players who may be entering into HE we also have a link with the University of Brighton who provide our TASS Delivery and support programme.

Women’s First Team Assistant Manager, Amy Merricks said, “Through the programme the players will have access to over 12 hours of weekly training/game play sessions, video analysis, strength and conditioning, educational workshops as well as competing in the FA WSL Academy League.”
